Located right on the beach, each unit provides a private balcony view over the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for those early morning sunrises and awe-inspiring evening moments with the skies painted in watercolors by the setting sun. You’ll also enjoy everything the resort has to offer such as the year-round heated pool, grills perfect for a family cookout, a library full of entertainment while lounging, and of course the easy beach access just steps from the resort!
Just a short drive from the resort, you’ll find many popular vacation spots in Dayton Beach including the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Daytona International Speedway, the Daytona Tortugas baseball team, Volusia Mall, and much more. Other areas of interest nearby include St. Augustine, New Smyrna Beach, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, Kennedy Space Center, and Walt Disney World.

Sea Club IV offers accommodations for one to eight guests in their multitude of cabin options! You can stay in our Sunward Cabins (Efficiency), Studio Cabins (Starboard), Leeward & Topsail Cabins (One Bedroom and One Bathroom), Mainsail & Windward Cabins (One Bedroom & Two Bathroom), and our Captain’s Quarters (Two Bedroom and Two Bathroom).
