Yes, absolutely! Everything that inventory and the customers discuss are agreed upon and documented in writing. We refuse to move forward in any way unless the people we are working with are completely aware of every detail of the service we provide.
As a potential renter, what are possible causes for my weeks not being rented?
Bottom line: It’s critical that you answer to every rental request we send your way. Don’t worry though, Ocean City Rentals makes things as simple as possible in the sense that if a request isn’t signed off on, we’ll make repeated attempts to contact you in order to get the rental booked for you!
Can't you guys just sign off on the rental requests without me having to confirm?
